Personal Bio

Richard is a founding partner of D3 and has over 20 years experience in the digital and media business, he has held numerous senior agency, advertiser and media owner roles across the UK, Europe and New Zealand.  

Over his career, Richard has led the media and digital strategies for many leading organisations such as BT, Spark, MSN, Xbox & Bacardi globally.  He was previously Chief Executive of New Zealand’s premium digital advertising exchange, KPEX and has a unique breadth of experience across digital to help organisations navigate the changing business environment.


Richard has a proven track record of leading and building successful digital businesses.
